My fitness journey began with calisthenics training at 19 with several questions in mind. What does it take? How hard is it really? Can anyone learn it? How does it feel? Is it fun?
Along the way I got my answers and achievements through calisthenics, discovered other aspects of movement and at 22 years old, having 0 predisposition in anything other than upper body strength training. I wanted to know what it would take to have a fully abled body that excelled in movement starting as an adult.
I studied, tested and applied various training methods to progress extremely quick and now, I share my knowledge and expertise to enable and empower bodies new to any form of movement.
